First Great Western is warning customers that journey times into South Wales may be extended by up to 45 minutes as Network Rail carries out emergency engineering work around Cardiff.
First Great Western is warning customers that journey times into South Wales may be extended by up to 45 minutes as Network Rail carries out emergency engineering work around Cardiff. 

From 2130 to 0430 on Friday 19 June and again on Sunday 21 June from 2130 to 0430 services will be diverted, extending journey times between Cardiff and Swansea. 

On Friday 19 June 

The trains affected are: 

2015 Paddington to Swansea 
2115 Paddington to Swansea 
2245 Paddington to Swansea 

On Sunday 21 June 

1933 Paddington to Swansea 
2033 Paddington to Swansea 
2133 Paddington to Swansea 

All subsequent FGW services in either direction on Saturday 21 June will be unaffected and will run as planned.
