Filming and photography requests

These are the steps you need to take:

1. Download and complete our filming and photography request form to let us know the details.
2. Email us your form, and we’ll get back to you.
 

We’ll need a week’s notice for day-to-day TV filming, but for more complex requests the more warning you can give us the better. 

If you are a journalist with an urgent filming enquiry please contact the press office.

What you need to know

• We always ask for a Public Liability Insurance certificate for up to £5 million for all filming
• Safety briefings may be needed before filming starts – lights or flash photography is usually not allowed
• All film companies must agree to respect the safety and comfort of our customers
